For me, living from the heart is the true aspiration. My regular practice involves getting out of my head, stepping into the present moment and creating a life that’s beautiful, bountiful and unique.
As we all know, these concepts are easy to read about – and to dream about – but they’re harder to put into practice in our busy, sometimes chaotic, lives.
By connecting with my heart space, I can live and create from the most authentic expression of myself. And this is what I want for you. I hope my words, written from the heart, help you live and create from the most authentic expression of you.
