A guided affirmation meditation for welcoming kind and gentle dreams 

A sleep meditation for the nights when you'd like to release the day and welcome dreams that are kind, gentle and leave you rested in the morning. 

Most sleep meditations focus on falling asleep. This one goes a little further – into the dreaming itself. There is nothing to reach for. Sleep knows how to come to you, and as it draws closer, you can trust your mind to offer the dreams you need. 

Best listened to once you're in bed and ready to settle. Please don't play this one while driving or doing anything that requires your attention.

Did you know that YouTube has a sleep timer? Use the settings wheel and navigate to 'More' to find it. You can set the meditation to loop, or to finish playing at the end of the track.
