A meditation for returning to what you already know: that worthiness is not something you earn, but a reality at the centre of you. 

This is a quiet practice in remembering — using breath and affirmation to come back to yourself on the days you've forgotten. It ends somewhere generous, extending the same recognition outward, because worthiness is everyone's birthright. 

Available in two versions: a shorter practice for quick reconnection, and a longer version for deeper settling and repeated listening.
