Affirmation journal pages from Dreams are Arrows

Inspire your everyday with daily and weekly intention setting and affirmations

A small, considered journal for the women who want their reflective practice to have some structure.

The journal gives you a quiet framework for setting intentions, choosing an inspiring word to set the tone for the day or the week, and noticing what’s drawing your attention.

The pages are designed to be printed multiple times – or filled in on screen – so the journal grows with you over weeks, months and seasons rather than being a one-and-done.

It’s the kind of practice that lives well alongside everything else: a few minutes on a Sunday afternoon to set the week, or a quiet pause at the start of a day before the noise begins.

The structure is light, the prompts are open, and there’s room to be honest about where you actually are.

The journal pairs beautifully with our guided meditations – a guide is included near the back of the PDF for using the two together.

Who created this journal?

I'm Lyndall, the writer and content designer behind Dreams are Arrows. The journal grew out of years of writing meditation scripts and reflective guides, and watching how a small, repeatable practice can do real work over time. I wanted to make something gentle enough to sustain and structured enough to actually show up for. You can read more about me here. You can read more about me here.
